Clara\Clary Pippin

In May 1798 Clara Pippin, orphan of Solomon Pippin dec'd chose Noah Pippin Guardian. In 1806, Clary shared in the estate settlement of her sister Olive.
Clary has been previously identified as being the Clara that married (1) Solomon Cherry and (2) Samuel Cherry, brothers. But it was Clara/Clary Council who married the Cherry brother. Charles Counsil [sic - Council] of Edgecome Co NC made his will on 6 Jul 1805, proved Nov Court of 1805 and left to his daughter Clary Cherry 10 shillings and two Negroes.
