Ingvald E. Lovro

Ingvald E. Lovro, son of Sofia Moen Lovro and Ellef Lovro, was born on a farm near Hendricks, Minn., on November 6, 1900. After his marriage to Clara Overlie on December 3, 1921 at the Singsaas Lutheran Church near Hendricks, Minn., they farmed in that area until moving to Sioux Falls in 1930. He worked at John Morrell & Co. a number of years prior to operating the Wagon Wheel Service on North Cliff for 17 years and working as a custodian at the Valley National Bank until retiring in 1972.
He was a member of the East Side Lutheran Church.
Grateful for having shared his life are his wife, Clara; 2 sons, Stanley and Luther; 2 daughters, Mrs. Sherwood (Stella) Berkness, Mrs. Myron (Elaine) Larsen, all of Sioux Falls; 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Gilbert, Wyoming, Minn., Johnny, Brookings, S.D.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Jacob, Even, Emil, Martin and 1 sister, Selma.
