Death
Lynchburg – Boyd Angus Furr, 73, of 1314 St. Cloud St. died Tuesday morning (May 1, 1973) at his home. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Beulah (Gatewood) Furr; three sons, James N. and R. Wyatt, both of Lynchburg, and Charles E. Furr of Staunton; one sister, Mrs. Bessie Coiner of Waynesboro, and six grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday in Honey Creek Baptist Church Cemetery by the Rev. R. L. Camden. The family will receive friends at Biuguid Funeral Home from 7-9 o’clock tonight.The Daily News Leader, Staunton, Virginia, May 2, 1973
