FT. LAUDERDALE, FL — Mr. Wade J. Furr, 71, of Ft. Lauderdale passed away July 25, 1997. Funeral is 10 a.m. Tuesday at Baird-Case Funeral Home, 4343 N. Federal Highway, Ft. Lauderdale. He was a lifetime member of the Trowel Trades Union. He retired from Port Everglades in October 1995. Mr. Furr is survived by his two daughters, Connie (Bill) Prescott and Donn (Alex) Cuevas; his four grandchildren, Kelly, Patrick, Alison Prescott and Victoria Cuevas; several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews in North and South Carolina. Forest Lawn Cemeteries and Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.The Charlotte Observer, Charlotte, North Carolina, July 29, 1997

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 29, 10 AM, at Baird-Case Funeral Home, 4343 N. Federal Hwy., Ft. Lauderdale, where friends may call on Monday from 6-8 PM.
