Death
Graveside services for Dorothy Scarborough, 82, of McKinney, who died Tuesday at her residence, were 4 p.m. today at Pecan Grove Memorial Park with the Rev. Duke Kilgore officiating and under the direction of Horn-Harris-Crouch-Belew Funeral Home. Mrs. Scarborough was born on Nov. 26, 1911, in McKinney, the daughter of C.N. and Sarah Goodman Furr. She married Neil Scarborough on Dec. 27, 1937. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include two sisters, Anne Meyers and Dora Keen, both of McKinney. She was preceded in death by her husband Neil in 1944 and five brothers.The Courier-Gazette, McKinney, Texas, December 9, 1993
