Zachariah Haden, her son-in-law had a suit in Chancery Court in Goochland regarding a slave given to him by Thomas Poor that Elizabeth, his widow, was claiming hers. The suit was abated in Nov of 1790 "by Death". Since Zachariah was still very much alive and the slave is named in his estate in 1793, presumably Elizabeth was deceased.
