There is a marriage record for Constant [Constantine] Perkins to Judith Poor in The Douglas Register and the Perkins databases list her as Judith Poor - Constantine's family did live in Goochland at that time. The will of Thomas Poor does not name a daughter Judith, nor is she listed in 1798 as one of the surviving children of Thomas Poor who receives a distribution.
