They were living with their children. He had immigrated in 1891 and was naturalized. He was a clothing store merchant. She had immigrated in 1893. They had a 19 year old servant named Rose Maretta living with them.Census (family)

They owned a home on Wilmore Dr. and had a radio. They were living with their children. He was naturalized and a dry goods clothier. He was working as a wage earner.Census (family)
They were living alone at 1605 Wilmore Dr. which they owned and was worth $2500. He had 4 yrs of high school and she had completed 7th grade. He was president of his scrap iron and metal Co. and made 2400/yr. They had lived at the same place in 1935.Death
He was at the Mountain Hospital and Sanitarium. His death was ruled a suicide as he jumped out of a second story window. His son Israel Smith died of Alzheimer's, so this may be a case of Alzheimers before it was recognized as a disease.Endnotes
