Death
LEXINGTON, Sept. 19. — Mrs. Arabell Misenheimer, 71, died here today at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Clifford Cross, with whom she lived. Mrs. Misenheimer had been in declining health several months and ill 10 days. She was born in Albemarle, a daughter of the late William E. and Elizabeth D. Furr, and was the wife of the late Luther C. Misenheimer. Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. J. O. Bailey of Chapel Hill, Mrs. Doris Priddy of Durham, and Mrs. Cross; two sons: Robert G. of Durham and Lane of Grand Rapids, Mich.; four grandchildren: two brothers: John M. Furr of Guilford College, and Grover C. Furr of Greensboro; four sisters: Mrs. C. A. Fell of Concord, Mrs. D. S. Hampton of Rockwell, and Mrs. W. M. Lowder and Mrs. Mary Hill of Albemarle. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, where funeral will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday, and burial will be in Lexington City Cemetery.News and Record, Greensboro, North Carolina, September 20, 1949
