B. Close associate to Boki. He called himself Boki's younger brother (Kamakau, Ruling Chiefs of Hawaii, p 276, p 291).
C. Governor of Oahu (Fornander, An Account of the Polynesian Race, vol 2 p 223). The role included judge. Service for nearly 40 years. He was governor during 1842 (Kamakau, Ruling Chiefs of Hawaii, p 398).
D. Order of mates (Kamakau, Ruling Chiefs of Hawaii, p 347).
Conflict: Hawaiian Chiefs Biographical Abstract places the order at Pauahi, then Kinau.
