Mrs. Nora Avery, 83, of Beardstown, mother of 12 children, five of them living in Pekin, died at 1:40 p.m. Tuesday in Schmidt Memorial hospital at Beardstown.
Surviving in Pekin are four sons and one daughter, Herman, William, James, and Isaac Avery and Mrs. Guy Hill.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at Northcutt Funeral Home at Beardstown and burial will be at that town.

William and Nora are buried Beardstown City Cemetery, Cass Co, Illinois.
