This Anne Waddill is most often seen as the one who married Theodrick Carter, the Second. One online data base assumed her father was William was the older William. Others think she was the daughter of the second William who would have been only about age 19 when she was born. Two Williams, not designated by junior or senior, did have a daughter born and listed in the registry at St. Peters in New Kent County. It remains very possible, even likely that Anne born 1713/4 was a child of the first William, named for an older sister that had died, not the daughter of a 19-year-old.
