21 May 1810 Pittsy Court Record 14, p.288 Asa Thomas summoned to appear and give security for his guardianship of the orphans of Nathaniel Thomas, dec'd and failing to do so ..he is to deliver the Estate of the said orphans into the hands of James Hopkins & Philip Thomas on their giving Bond and Security and the said Asa Thomas to pay costs.
