John and Mary moved to the part of Bedford Co that became Campbell Co.
John said to have been a soldier in the Revolution.
In 1784, he sold 550 acres on the South side of the Otter River Road to Robert Alexander, a tract which had been conveyed to him by Joseph Anthony in 1782.
