Obituary

LEVANT, June 25 - Donald R. Hodgdon, 47, died today at a Bangor hospital. He was born and lived all his life in Levant. He was a sawmill operator. He is survived by one son, Donald Hodgdon of Levant; two sisters, Mrs. Janice Goodwin of Glenburn, Miss Shirley Hodgdon of Levant; his mother, Mrs. Bula Hodgdon of Orono; five brothers, Roland Hodgdon of Exeter, Cecil Hodgdon of Bangor, Thayne Hodgdon of Brunswick, and Homer and Leon Hodgdon of Levant; also by three sisters, Mrs. T. E. Sutton of Glenburn, Mrs. Ralph Redman of Orono, Mrs. Pauline Brown of Orono; and several uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the residence in Levant village Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Waugh cemetery in Levant.
