Caroline Sophia FREEMAN

In a document published by Sons of Utah Pioneers, Caroline is listed under "Pioneers Who Arrived In Utah Before May 10, 1869." She is listed under her maiden name; FREEMAN, Caroline Sophia, Plaque Number 9, Birth 1812, Death 1880.
In the publication "Leavitt Pioneers - Western Migration and Colonization" by William P. Leavitt and published by PDBK Enterprises, it indicates in Part Three that on "January 29, 1854, Ezra Thompson would marry his fourth wife, Caroline Sophia Freeman-Cutler. She was Parley Cutler's widow."
In the publication "Heart Throbs of the West" there is reference to a Caroline F. Freeman arriving in 1850. Two of her children are also listed; Sheldon B. and Helen Marr Cutler.
In the 1850 Census of Great Salt Lake Utah Territory she is listed in the household of Peter Van Valkenburg. With her and Peter are two children of Caroline and Perley Cutler; Helen Mar and Perley Pratt.
In the 1870 Census of Brigham City, Box Elder County, Utah she is listed in the household of Benjamin Hawkins. Living with them is the son of Caroline and Ezra Thompson; Silas Franklin.
Caroline died of a heart disease.
