William Krattley, 69, Hudson farmer, died at his farm home north of Hudson last Friday. Funeral services were held at 3:00 Monday, February 24th at O'Connell Funeral Home, Mons. John M. Owens officiating. Burial was in the Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Krattley was born March 3, 1878 on the well known Krattley farm north of Hudson and there spent his entire life. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Krattley, both of whom were natives of Switzerland. The father, John Krattley, operated a milk route in Hudson for many years and after his death the route was taken over by two of his sons, William and George. Besides the brother George and sister Martina with whom he lived on the farm he is survived by four brothers, Frank of Watertown, Minnesota, Joseph of St. Paul, Theo. of Shell Lake, Wisconsin, and Fabian on a farm near Somerset.
