Hillsboro--Everett Robert Furr, 85, formerly of Mellott and Hillsboro, died at 5:35 a.m. Sunday April 14, 1996 in United Samaritan Medical Center in Danville, IL. he was born 28 March 1911, in Steam Corner to Luke Furr and Georgia Fleming Furr. Survivors include his former wife, Helen M. Abernathy Furr; three sons, Sidney Furr, Ralph Furr and Danny Leroy Furr; two daughters, Pat Vogus and Vera Nall; one Stepson, David Atterbury; five brothers, Don Furr, Kenneth Furr, Leroy Furr, Bill Furr and Gene Furr; four sisters, Kate Keller, Claudine Weber, Margaret Austin and Florence Epperson; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Services are 2 p.m. Wednesday in Maus Funeral Home, with the Rev. Paul Kent officiating. Burial is in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation is noon until services
