Jerry Dean's research states she is the daughter of Alexander and Wilmoth Hays. This is Alexander "Frank". Frank's daughter is shown on 1880 Census as Sarah. Perhaps her name is Sarah Annie? Thomas R. Hays married his first cousin, Annie Beatrice Hays.
