1860 census for Worcester, Otsego Co., NY, shows John Bresse age 64 (born 1796) and Polly age 60 and his place of birth is shown as MA. Per e-mail from Karen Bresee dated 27 Jan 00, the 1860 census shows John Bresee, age 64 or 67 yr and Polly, age 60 in Worcester, Otsego Co., NY.
1850 Per e-mail dated 19 Jan 00 from Pat Gilbert: 1850 census for Otsego Co. shows John 55 (born 1795), Polly 50 (born 1800), and Roger 17 (born 1833).
1827 land records recorded on 5 Feb 1827 Delaware Co., NY, shows that John C. Bresee was a witness for a land sale by Harmanas and wife Polly Bresee and John (Johannes?) and wife Polly Bresee as sellers (Deed Book pages 89-90 film 557788).
1820 census shows a John Bressee age 16-25 (his was about age 25) in Davenport living next to: John C. Bressee age 45+ (his father about age 65) and Henry Bressee age 26-45 (his brother age 34).
