Per "The genealogy of the Cleveland and Cleaveland families..etc." by Edmund James Cleveland dated 1899, page 2281-2, found at Heritage Quest Online: Betsey born 15 Nov 1789 in Colbrook, NH, daughter of Eleazer Titus and Martha Cleveland. Married Elijah Dart.
1820 census shows her in Columbia, Coos Co., NH.
1789 on page 584 of the FHC film 15195 "Landaff, NH Town Records" Betsy's birth date is found. During the period of 1786 to 1804, Betsy's father, Eleazer Titus, was mentioned as an office holder of Surveyor of Highways establishing the birth location for her.
