"Titus Family in America" by Dorothy M. Titus dated July 1943 and in the DAR 1982 library states the Anson Titus married Mary Chandler of Piermont, NH, widow of ____ Davis in April 1824. They moved to Ohio in 1825 and she died in 3 March 1848. They had several named children. After Mary's death he married again. He died 20 Oct. 1881 in Conneaut, Ohio. He and Mary had several named children
