Per "The genealogy of the Cleveland and Cleaveland families..etc." by Edmund James Cleveland dated 1899, page 2282, found at Heritage Quest Online: Anna born 10 Dec 1794-7 in Colebrook daughter of Eleazer Titus and Martha Cleveland.
"Titus Family in America" by Dorothy M. Titus dated July 1943 states Ann Titus married ____ Adams, went west probably Ohio with no known children.

1796 on page 584 of the FHC film 15195 "Landaff, NH Town Records" Anna's birth date is found. During the period of 1786 to 1804, Anna's father, Eleazer Titus, was mentioned as an office holder of Surveyor of Highways establishing the birth location for her.
