"Died, at his residence, in the county of Nottoway, on the 12th of August, 1876, Mr. Henry Wingo, in the 95th year of his age, and long a consistent member of the Baptist church. He said he was waiting, willing, even anxious, to go from this world of suffering and sorrow to that world where there is fullness of joy and pleasures forevermore. B.C.J."
