"Cora Ella and Elbert Hurt were Methodists. From 1900 to 1925, they lived in St. Paul, Virginia. From there they moved to Kingsport, Tennessee, where they lived until 1953, moving then to Daytona Beach, Florida, where they were living in 1959. Elbert Hurt was a field manager for the Fuller Brush Company, where he worked for over 25 years." (Lois Temple FGS 425.)
