The 1820 census suggested the Goolsbys might be in White Co. TN. I have no other indication that the following is the wife of Wade Goolsby:

There is the following deed in early NC/TN land records, which if this is Jane, would indicate Wade Goolsby was deceased by 1819:

Know ye that by virtue of Certificate #3385 dated the __ day of March 1819 issued by the Register of West Tennessee to Jane Goolsby for 10 acres and entered on the 12th day of Jun 1819 by No. 5742
There is granted by the said state of Tennessee unto Washington Pierce assignee of the said Jane Goolsby
A certain tract or parcel of land containing ten acres by survey bearing date the 29th day of January 1820 lying in the Third District in White County on the waters of the little Caney Fork and bounded as follows to wit. Beginning at a locust post running thence south thirty two poles to a hickory and two ashes, thence east fifty poles to a dogwood, thence north thirty two poles to two dogwoods, thence west including the house and spring and part of the improvement of Thomas Martin to the Beginning.
With the hereditaments and appertenances. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appertenances to the said Washington Pierce and his heirs forever. In witness whereof, William Carroll, Governor of the state of Tennessee, hath hereunto set his hand, and caused the great seal of the state to be affixed at Murfreesborough on the 26th day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty three and of the Independence of the United States, the forth-eighth.

Ancestry has identified this person as Jane - obviously it is not, since she is the wrong age and race.

Jane Goolsby: No tick marks at all for any white person. Two free persons of color - one male child and a female age 30-50.

1850 Mortality Census. Overton Co, TN
Jane Goldsby, age 85, widow, b. Virginia, died in May of "Old age" - she was ill for six days

Jane  Crook Goolsby was born in Loudoun County, Virginia 1765. Jane died May 1850 in Overton County, Tennessee, at 84 years of age.
She married Wade Goolsby Rowan County, North Carolina, October 9, 1787. Wade was born Rowan County, North Carolina about 1767. Wade was the son of Drury Goolsby and Ann Bird Cole. Wade was listed as the head of a family on the 1790 Census Rowan County, North Carolina.
Jane was probably a free white female in Wade Goolsby's household on the 1790 Census Rowan County, North Carolina.   Jane was probably a free white female, age 26 and under 45, in Wade Goolsby's household on the 1800 Census Rowan County, North Carolina.   She bought property in White County, Tennessee, April 10, 1817.   This transaction, between John Crook and his daughter Jane Goolsby was for 40 acres for $500 in the 1st District orginially granted by the State of Tennessee to John Crook by Grant No. 9240. Witnesses where Peter Goolsby and John Crook, Jr.
Jane Crook and Wade Goolsby had the following children:

Mary was probably a free white female, age 40 and under 50, in Peter Goolsby's household, on the 1840 Census in White County, Tennessee.   Mary was listed as a household member living with Peter Goolsby on the 1850 Census in DeKalb County, Tennessee.   Mary was listed as a household member living with Peter Goolsby in the 1860 Census in DeKalb County, Tennessee.
    Peter was probably a free white male, under 16 years old, in Wade Goolsby's household on the 1790 Census Rowan County, North Carolina.   Peter was probably a free white male, age 10 and under 16, in Wade Goolsby's household on the 1800 Census Rowan County, North Carolina.  Peter was listed as the head of a family on the 1830 Census in White County, Tennessee.   Peter was listed as the head of a family on the 1840 Census in White County, Tennessee.   Peter was listed as the head of a family on the 1850 Census in DeKalb County, Tennessee.   Peter was listed as the head of a family on the 1860 Census in DeKalb County, Tennessee.   Peter married late in life and he and Mary had no children,
