County Court Records at Yanceyville, NC: Ursly Duke Williams married Reuben Peoples, 1 Feb 1763, in Caswell Co, NC
She is still Ursula Peoples 18 Oct 1784 and on the 26 Oct 1786--but she is married to Richard Oldham before 13 Aug 1787 when he signs for what is owed her from her father's estate.

NC Marriage Bonds: Ursley D. People to marry Richard Oldham, 20 Oct 1786, Caswell Co, NC. Pondsman for Oldham was Jere Poston.
The photo of a page from "History and Genealogies" p.482 with no information has what appears to be a partial record of the will of Richard Oldham. And further states that "Richard Oldham's wife Ursley, having died on the 26th day of July 1803, he married again, Patsey Reid, daughter of Alexander Reid.
