Thomas Poor

(5 Jan 1762 - Jun 1811)

Many of the Haden family researchers believe this Thomas Poor to be a younger brother of Susannah's mother Elizabeth, thus she married her uncle. I believe that to be a highly improbable scenario, and that Thomas was much more likely the Thomas born to Robert & Judith Walker Poor. In fact I heard from a man whose Y-DNA goes through Thomas to Robert and is a match so that makes this connection secure.
