Woodford County, KY Court Order Book E, Apr 1822. Thomas Poor, infant orphan over the age of fourteen years of Thomas Poor deceased came into court and with their approbation made choice of Joshua C. Prewitt as his guardian who came into court and executed and acknowledges bond with Silas Johnson and Haryy Prewitt as his securities in the penalty of $4000 conditions according to Law.
