Division of the Estate of Zachariah Haden was ordered, 21 Mar 1793 and reported 19 Aug 1793. Note: when the subpoena was issued for the legatees, it was noted that Thomas & Susanna were not present to serve.
To Thomas Poor, Lot #3. (in right of Susannah) 261 1/4 acres of land. Slaves - man, Isaac and girl Solo. A horse and colt. 7 head of cattle, 4 old sheep & 2 lambs. Furniture. One fourth of wagon body - since they were in Kentucky, I don't see how they would make use of the wagon! They were also to receive payments from Robert and Jesse to make Susannah's share equal.
