Tract on waters of Gasper of 160 acres. Was conveyed to the children of sd Bibb by Samuel Wilson, Presley Morehead & Elijah Mansfield by action of somm. Under order of Logan County Court in division of land of Joseph Roberts dec’d among which heirs dated 6 Jan 1829. DB 2, p.120. Begin corner to Benjamin Roberts survey, N. B. Ware, corner to Boanerges Roberts. Clearly understood that the legal title is to the children whom are infants. If any of the children at the age of 21 years refuse to ratify, sd Bibb is to refund to sd Proctor the said purchase money. Signed: Richard Bibb jr.

[Thomas L. S. was a son of Benjamin. Thomas E. was a son of Thomas. They are very distinctive in the Logan Co records.]

In 1880, T.L.S. Proctor was still living. However, it is evident Agnes died and he has taken a much younger wife. He was 71, wife, Sarah U., was 40. Thomas was a miller, as was his son Zachary Taylor Proctor.
