To Charles Proctor as trustee for my daughter, Negro woman Rhody about 25 and her three children. James Dicky to have use of them but they are not subject to his debts or control. In the old Ancestral File, I found the family of Charles Proctor and Lucy Jane Watson. She was born 17 Oct 1821, Culpeper, VA, died 14 Jan 1895, Groesbeck, Limestone Co, TX; daughter of William Watson and Mary Patterson. Charles said born 25 Dec 1806 in Logan Co KY; died 10 Feb 1874.
