Married Sarah Tucker Netherton, daughter of John Tucker and widow of Henry Netherton. His will indicates his wife was then Margaret. He apparently had no children as he left his estate to various nephews following the death of Margaret.

Sarah said to have had the following children: Henry Netherton Jr. and a Hestor Netherton who married Worden Pope.

p.44 28 Jul 1714 Elizabeth Muckleroy - attachement against estate of Abraham Selby. The sheriff made return that in the hands of Wm. Veale were five cattle and one horse. Wm. Veale by his atty Wm Robinson said he had not any of the estate of Selby.

Should either of these boys died, deceased's part is to pass to William Veale Rigg, son of James Rigg [another great-nephew, son of his sister Eleanor's daughter Sarah Smoot]
