Although she is said to be the daughter of Edward Johnson of Scotland, her name is not proven. Possibly was Bolling. Have also seen it as Massie. In fact the book Ánthony Roots & Branches, lists her name as Massie on p. 2, Johnson on p.4, with no explanation.
