She married Elmer Clayton Creitz who was born 17 October 1877 at Beloit, Kansas and who died 12 March 1950 at the same place. Both Katie and Elmer are buried in the Pleasant View Cemetery near Beloit. Elmer was a farmer, and Katie was a school teacher prior to her marriage.
