Apple, 82, a resident of Collin County 72 years, died at her home here Friday night. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Turrentine-Jackson Funeral Home. The Rev. T. W. Sisterson, pastor of the First Christian Church, and the Rev. N. J. Salyer, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will conduct the services. Burial will be in Pecan Grove Cemetery. Mrs. Apple is survived by five sons, Col. George Apple, Fred Apple, Ed Apple and Walter B. Apple, all of McKinney, and Cecil V. Apple of Fort Worth; a daughter, Mrs. Fred Dickinson of McKinney; two brothers, C. R. Beck of Antlers, Okla., and William Beck of Fort Worth; three sisters, Mrs. Mack Gibbs of Soledad, Calif.; Mrs. Martha Courcier of Fresno, Calif., and Mrs. Frank Skelton of McKinney.
