Eli Posthuma, age 52 years, a farmer quite well known in the section, passed away Saturday morning October 21st at his home on the farm about three miles southwest of Randolph known as the Evan Owen place.
Mr. Posthuma came to this country from Holland about seventeen years ago and has lived on farms near Randolph ever since. He was located on the R.F. Roberts farm in Blaen Y cal several years.
Besides his wife he leaves six children to mourn his departure. Also two brothers, one at Friesland and one at Kenaska and a sister in Holland.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Reformed Church in this village, Rev. Vander Meer officiating.
