Thi s is likely an error, as nephew Arthur C. agrees with the 1901 birt h date noted in other records. Ob ituary: April 10, 1919, Owen Count y Democrat. Ada Query. Ada, daughter of Tho mas and Nancy Query wa s born April 24, 1895, and departed this life on April 1s t, 1919. Sh e was a true and loving daughter. Ada was converted and united wi t h the church at Mt. Pleasant last November a year ago while her nam e has only b een registered a little more than a year on the class boo k. All her young life has been spent in usefulness and in helping a s a loving and dutiful daughter. She was taken sick a little more tha n two weeks ago, while everything was done that loving hands and frie nds could do to relieve her suffering and restore he r back to health , yet God saw best. We do not understand why, to take her home . Ad a loved this beautiful world and was so anxious to live and prayed s o earne stly to be spared, but God knew best and she was prepared to m eet her loving sa vior. In the community she will be missed. The chu rch has suffered a great lo ss, the neighbors speak of Ada as a true C hristian and a good girl. In the hom e her loss is irreparable. She l eaves to mourn her loss father, mother, five br others, many relative s and friends. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Os car Kaylo r at Mt. Pleasant to a large assembly of friends
