SISTER ANNINA ZIERDEN, OSB

Sister Annina Zierden, OSB, of the convent of St. Benedict died this morning. She was born in St. Joseph, FL, May 27, 1896, and entered the convent of St. Benedict in Oct 1917. She made her frofession of religious vows July 11, 1921. Sister was stationed at Luxemburg and Richmond and served in numerous capacities at the Montherhouse including Procorator and garden supervisor. She has been at the Motherhouse since 1935 with the exception of one year at the Red Lake mission.
The office of the dead willl be reciting Friday at 8 am with the solemn requiem high mass sung a 9 am. Burial will be made in the convent cemetery.

Surviving are one sister, Sister Edicta, OSB, at St. Benedict's hospital, Ogden, UT and a brother, Alois Zierden, Albany.
