Well Known New Munich Resident Dieds Here Wednesday Night

Mrs. Peter Zierden, who resided on a farm near New Munich for the past 45 years, died here at the St. Cloud hospital Wednesday night, after a lingering illness. She had been confined to the hospital for the past two weeks. Funeral services will be held in the Immaculate Conception church at New Munich on Saturday morning at 9 o'clock. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Zierden was born Theresa Niermann in Germany on September 12, 1865 and came to this country with her parents as a child. The family located in Florida and there Mrs. Zierden was married 46 years ago. She and her husband came to this county when she was 30 years of age, and since that time have lived in New Munich.

The children surviving are: Math of New Munich; Sister Edicta, OSB, St. Cloud hospital; Peter of Millerville; Joseph, St. Paul; Sister Annina OSB, St. Benedict's convent, St. Joseph; and Aloys, New Munich.
