Joseph J Schoenborn, 85, formerly of Wilson Apartments, died Friday at St Cloud Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be 10:30am Monday at St Cloud Manor Nursing Home Chapel. The Rev Blaine Wasnie will officiate. Burial will be in St Michael 's Cemetery, Spring Hill. Friends may call one hour before services Monday at the chapel. Arrangements were by Daniel Funeral Home, St Cloud.
Joseph Schoenborn was born Aug 11 1905, in Spring Hill to John and Margaret (Winter)Schoenborn. He married Irene Lahr in 1927, in St Martin and lived most of his married life in Tulsa, Okla, where he was an ornamental iron worker. He retired to St Cloud in 1968.
Survivors include a son, Ken, Milaca; daughters, Mrs Vern (Geraldine) Burgenson, Princeton; and Mrs Russell (Jeanette) Birschoff, Annandale; and sisters Martha Nathe, St Cloud; and Alma Hinnenkamp, Albany.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife in 1956; daughter, Colleen Winkelman; brothers Michael, William, Harry and Louis; and sisters, Margaret Nathe and Rose Vaughan. Pallbearers will be nephews and grandchildren.
