Catherine J. Pappas
(5 Dec 1911 - 5 Sep 1991)
Nicholas J. Pappas Personal History, January 1999, in possession of Carol Kostakos Petranek states: "I always had a very close relationship with Catherine, possibly because I had to get her to the hospital in time for the birth of her two boys. Actually, because she was always available to help our parents during happy times and sad times, Catherine, who was known as "Salatou", a nickname that was a form of endearment, was always very good to me, from a baby to adult. I miss her a lot."
