Name & death year from Paul Morfogen Biography dated April 1993, given to Carol Petranek by Nick Pappas. Nicholas J. Pappas Personal History, January 1999, in possession of Carol Kostakos Petranek states: "Both George and Mimi died during the flu epidemic in 1918."

Since he had died by the time his father filed for naturalization in 1928, he is not listed and we have no birth date.
