Death
BESSEMER, Ala.—Charles Furr, 59, 1431 Dartmouth Avenue, died at a local hospital Saturday after a few weeks illness. He has been an employee of the T. C. I. Company for 35 years, working until his last illness. He was a member of the First Methodist Church. He is survived by his widow; one daughter, Mrs. George Crotwell, Chillicothe, Ohio, and five sisters, Mrs. Nettie Thompson, Mrs. Lila Thompson, Mrs. Leonard Edmundson, Mrs. Adaline Keller and Mrs. Joe Hurd. Funeral services will be announced by Brown.The Birmingham News, Birmingham, Alabama, January 5, 1935
