Death
Shirley Elaine Furr Eudy, 50, of 4251 Acorn Lane, Winston-Salem, died at 7:33 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at High Point Regional Cancer Center. She was born on Sept. 2, 1955, in Concord in Cabarrus County. Mrs. Eudy was a CMA with Carolina Respiratory in Monroe and a member of Community Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Krone Edward Eudy, of Winston-Salem; son Brent Edward Eudy of Stanfield; daughters Tammy Kay Eudy Donahue of Locust and Jill Delaine Eudy Love of Midland; brothers Larry Furr of Stanfield, Kenneth Furr of Morganton, Curtis Furr of Stanfield, Ronald Furr of Oakboro and Tommy Furr of Stanfield; sisters Geraldine Fink of Georgeville and Carolyn Torrence of Stanfield; and grandchildren Trivia Donahue, Trevor Donahue, Trinity Donahue, Alli Love, Cameron Love, Joshua Love, Michael Eudy, Hannah Eudy and Alexander Eudy. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Wilson Furr; and her mother, Evelyn Beatrice Fink Furr. The visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, April 28, at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 29, at Community Baptist Church in Locust, with the Rev. Richard Collins and the Rev. Ed Grover officiating.
