Death
HIGH POINT — Mrs. Lillie Marley Furr, 82, of Long Beach died Friday at Southport. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ennis Street Wesleyan Church, where she was a member, with the Rev. Harold Pharr and the Rev. J.C, Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. She was a retired employee of Pickett Cotton Mill. Surviving are sons, Therman Furr of Long Beach, Mack Furr of Galax, Va., Clinton Furr of Norfolk, Va., Bobby Furr of Alexandria, Va., Ray Furr of Trinity, Guy Furr of High Point; daughter, Mrs. Edna Jensen of High Point; sisters, Mrs. Sadie Isenhour of Danville, Va., Mrs. Louise Scearce of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Blanche Curry of Troy, Ala.; 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
