Death
Mrs. Polly Sell, wife of Paul P. Sell, died Saturday morning, Dec. 10th, age sixty-seven. She had been in failing health for some time, but her condition was not considered serious until about two weeks ago when her physician said death was inevitable. She was a good woman, a member of Loves Grove Church since early girlhood. She leaves a husband, two sons and four daughters and several sisters and brothers. The children are Mrs. Jonah Burris, Concord; Mrs. Titus Smith, Albemarle; Mrs. Brown Love and Mrs. Jack Yow, Stanfield; Charles Sell, Concord, and John Sell, Albemarle. The funeral services were conducted Sunday at 11 o'clock at Loves Grove Church by her pastor, Rev. J. P. Alexander and interment made in the cemetery there.The floral tribute was beautiful.Stanly News and Press, Albemarle, North Carolina, December 16, 1921
