Mrs. George P. Furr, of Oakboro, died last night, according to news reaching Albemarle this morning. The funeral services will be held this afternoon at 4 o'clock, at Locust Presbyterian Church, and the body will be buried in the cemetery at this place.Stanly News and Press, Albemarle, North Carolina, August 28, 1923
