CONCORD — Mr. Charles Mclver Furr, 78, retired construction worker, died Friday. Funeral is 3 p.m. today at St. Martin's Lutheran Church. Survivors are wife, Willie; son, Joe Furr of Ocean Isle; daughters, Mrs. Sydney Perry of Greenville, S.C., Mrs. James Howard; brothers, Dan Furr of Asheville, Z.V.
