Death
Funeral — services for F. Jason Furr, 104 North Houston, Kaufman, who died Thursday in a Kaufman hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. He was born July 16, 1887 in North Carolina, the son of Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Furr, and was a member of Central Christian Church in Frisco. Survivors include a son, Malcolm. Furr of Fort Worth; two daughters, Mrs. Max Yates of Kaufman and Mrs. Norvell B. Warren of Fort Worth; two grandsons; two great grandchildren; five brothers, John Furr, R.N. Furr and Clarence Furr of McKinney, Lee Furr of Ennis, and De Witt Furr of Dallas; three sisters, Mrs. Ollie Jenkins and Mrs. Ruby Woods of McKinney and Mrs. Lottie Bryant of Allen; and several nieces and nephews. Rev. Charles Jaggers and Rev. Doug Rose will conduct the services. Interment will be in Pecan Grove Cemetery.The Courier-Gazette, McKinney, Texas, June 23, 1972
